"Clean rooms courteous staff "

"First the positives. The rooms are well maintained. The gym is clean and has top notch equipment. The food is really excellent and has no garlic no onion options. Housekeeping is really good. The beds and comforters and pillows are superb quality. Now for the not so good news. The staff is quite untrained and unprofessional. "Was really impressed by the facility, beautifully done. Perfect blend of the urban and modern. Loved every little detailed was taken in consideration in interior designs. The views are serene. We got the executive room. The staff was excellent at providing the services. Very pleasant approach towards the guest. . The best part is the rooms are like a minute walk from the Kinara dhaba, an excellent restaurant, with great ambiance and a great menu with vast choice of options to select from....

"Received one out of two rooms on time. Second room was delayed by 45-min and then found out the bathroom was not cleaned at all with urine smell permeating through the room. After booking experience was also not optimal. Received several messages from property manager asking for 50% upfront payment inspite of booking for payment at time of checking. Could not reach property at the number listed at the Expedia booking site or the one in the email from property manager for clarification....

"The water park was very dirty and ordered food arrived quite late. Not very good for pure vegetarians either. Lunch and dinner are not imcluded in the hotel expenses and need to be paid separately. Overall not worth the money and locality is also not so good."

"Lack of a swimming pool and sauna was a complete bummer. Although this may have been mentioned in their website, I wish the hotel had the courtesy to price down to compensate. I would not recommend this resort unless you plan to stay for 3-4 nights. Its vast, requires constant hailing of the cab service. PNF restaurant - while the food was good and the staff friendly, be warned that the place was full of mosquitoes. The other thing was that we were promised room with a view, unfortunately...
