It seemed understaffed. We rang the bell 3x before anyone came for check in and nobody came for check out. The baseboards need a dusting and all of the door handles and edges of doors have not been properly cleaned in a long time. No AC but we opened the window fine. The beds could have been put together for us. The step into the bathroom should not have a board sticking up. Get a carpenter to fix that. The breakfast was good. Overall the place just needed a good high touch area scrub.

The rooms with kitchenette are comfortable and large. The views are very nice from the top floor windows. We enjoyed the take-out pizza at the restaurant, and the convenient stores nearby. All is clean and eco-friendly.

Det är ett trevligt hotell och rummet hade bra storlek. Vi tycker om när det finns stolar så att man inte måste sitta i sängen. Däremot saknade vi en vattenkokare med några tepåsar och kaffepulver. Det finns på de flesta hotell vi bor på idag. Särskilt som vi inte heller såg att det fanns att tillgå i receptionen, det inte är bemannat dygnet runt etc. Vi missade också att man behöver hänga ut den gröna skylten för att få städning, men det är ju vårt fel. Vi läste bara att städning sker mellan 10 och 13 sedan tänkte vi inte mer på det. Mycket bra läge och enkelt att få parkering. Vi trivdes.

5-stjärnig service och bra läge

Bra hotell i nivå med sin tre-stjärniga status. Bra läge med gångavstånd till hela centrala Karlskrona och även till Marinmuseum på Stumholmen. Bra och prisvärd parkering på gatan utanför. 5-stjärnig service av glad och trevlig personal. Bonus att det finns ett mikrobryggeri i huset som även har egen gin, vodka och akvavit. Väl värt pengen vi betalade och vi kommer att bo här igen om/när vi ska till Karlskrona.
