I very much enjoyed my stay at Hotell Conrad. Staff is super nice, it's very clean, nice decoration, comfortable and nice rooms. It gave me the feeling of being back home. The only one thing I'd warn about is that doors of rooms shut too strong and loud, which can be bothersome if you're a light sleeper.

Staff needs training

PLUS: - Nice room - Close to the central station - Old historical building - Comfortable bed - Nice courtyard MINUS: - Staff needs training. I booked the hotel partly because it has a gym and pool. Staff doesn't know how guests can access the gym/pool so couldn't exercise the first day. Later on another staff member gave the right code. Went to the gym and the machines are old and squeaky. It's all very dusty and the pool is under renovation. This wasn't mentioned anywhere. Not even when I was heading to the gym/pool area, did the staff inform me. I had to find out myself that the pool area was under construction. - Very bad internet - Crumbs on the sofa - On my last day, the luggage that I had asked them to store after checkout had disappeared and I almost missed my train as I helped the poor new staff member in the reception try to figure out where my bags are. After many calls and investigations, we found my luggage in a storage room where no other bags were. - The sound isolation in the rooms is horrible so you can hear everything going on outside which makes it difficult to sleep. All in all, bad value for money. The staff needs training and is very unmotivated. Would not recommend this hotel.

Bra att det erbjuds laddning för elbil. Bekvämt med kylskåp på rummet. Ligger centralt. Bra hållbarhetstänk att bara städa vid behov, men borde bara vara en skylt att hänga på dörren. Soptunnan och toalettpapper borde tömmas och fyllas på varje dag. Okey frukost, men inte mer. Eggen var veldig överkokta och allt var inte klart till öppningen av frukosten. Inte aircondition på rummet eller myggnät på fönstret. Duschhandtaget borde bytas ut. Ingen tvål, bara schampo. Men allt i allt en trevlig vistelse.

Vi ringde några dagar före ankomst för att boka taxi till färjeterminalen morgonen efter, det hjälpte de oss gärna med. Vi dubbelkollade då också att det var en dubbelsäng i rummet, och det var det. Däremot var det två alledeles för smala madrasser i sängen som gjorde att man sjönk ner i skarven. Väldigt obekvämt.

Vi hade valt dubbelrum och frågade några dagar innan ankomst om det fanns en dubbelsäng i rummet. Det fanns det, däremot var det två madrasser som var alldeles för smala och det skapade ett stort veck mitt i sängen. Inte bra!

Stort härligt familjerum, men dålig ventilation

Trevligt Hotel med stort fräscht rum, såg nytt ut. Stor bäddsoffa till barnen att dela, skön dubbelsäng, stor hall, litet bord och två stolar och ett litet skrivbord. Litet badrum men såg fräscht och snyggt ut. Frukosten var god, men lite trångt att håmta mat. Det enda som vi tycker var dåligt var luften i rummet. Både jag och mannen vaknade upp tunga i huvudet. Tyvärr hade vi glömt att öppna ett fönster, men det ska ju inte behövas. Ventilationen var dålig i rummet.
