Best place , great location and great staff. Loe was amazing and very helpful. All staff very helpful. Awsome German kitchen, cook would get a GOLD medal I would give them best rating possible. We will stay there again

Building was beautiful, enjoyed the Beir Garten and food was fabulous. Front desk staff and staff servicing the rooms were so helpful and friendly. Would go back in a minute.

Just alright

Ok hotel, this hotel has the capability of being great but falls short of its potential. Confusing and understaffed front desk, breakfast could be much better. The room walls allow you to hear the neighbors like it or not.

Der Hotelempfang ist in der Gaststätte integriert u. man muss durch diese laufen um zu den Hotelzimmern zu kommen. Wir erhielten bei Ankunft v. einem jungen nicht einwandfrei deutsch sprechendem Mitarbeiter nur das Checkinformular zum unterschreiben hingelegt, dazu einen kl. Info-Zettel u. Chipkarten für das Zimmer u. keine weiteren Auskünfte. Auf Nachfrage sagte man uns, es würde alles auf dem Infozettel stehen. Hm...So stellt man sich den Check-In mit Personal eigentlich nicht vor. Das Comfort-Zimmer verfügt über ein französisches Bett, das Bett knackte bei jeder Bewegung, die Matratze ist ziemlich durchgelegen, das Zimmer war sehr eng u. klein, die 2 Fenster lassen sich mit den vorhandenen Vorhängen nicht richtig Verdunkeln(Vorhänge zu schmal), im Bad hat die Eckdusche nur einen Duschvorhang u. keine Handbrause, nur Regendusche v. oben u.Thermostat sehr schwer regelbar. Aber alles im Zimmer war ordentlich u. sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr gut - Gute Auswahl, Qualität u. Preise stimmig. Frühstück als Büfett, genügend Auswahl, muss man bei Ankunft bereits angeben wenn gewünscht, da nicht im Übernachtungspreis enthalten. Straßenbahnhaltestelle nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, in die Stadtmitte sind es nur einige Haltestellen zu fahren. Parkplätze an der Straße (Parkbuchten-kostenpflichtig an Werktagen) oder in der kostenpflichtigen Tiefgarage. Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt auf jeden zu empfehlen.

Das Einchecken und Auschecken verlief reibungslos....beim Frühstück war es jedoch chaotisch. Kaffeemaschine war nicht einsatzbereit, Buffett war noch nicht komplett hergerichtet, obwohl schon seit ca 20 Min. das Buffet eröffnet hatte......das war leider nicht so schön

Prima kamer, netjes, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Alleen de ingangen waren bij aankomst om 19:00 uur gesloten. Per toeval een medewerker die vanuit de biergarten 100 meter verderop aankwam heeft ons toegelaten. Ontbijt was erg goed. In- en uitchecken ging snel en duidelijk.

Le seul problème du séjour est le petit déjeuner buffet, normalement inclus dans le prix. A notre arrivée , pas de restauration. En insistant, nous avons eu un croissant et un demi sandwich.

O quarto onde nos colocaram foi o quarto mais quente que já fiquei em 20 anos de viagem pela Europa, simplesmente terrível!!! Não tinha ar condicionado, tampouco ventilador. Não conseguimos dormir, tamanho o calor. Jamais voltaria. Funcionários muito atenciosos.

Nice accommodation near KIT

The hotel was close to KIT, which is what I needed. My room wasn't fancy, but it was spacious and comfortable, and the floors didn't squeak, which is very nice for an old building. The reception staff were very nice and helpful.

Das Zimmer war eher klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und leise. Allerdings war es nicht wirklich sauber. Insbesondere der Holzboden hatte eine schmierige Schicht und wurde offensichtlich zwar mal gesaugt aber ewig nicht gewischt. Das Personal ist nett und man kann an der Straße kostenlos parken.
