The hotel was easy to find, parking was safe and simple. Check in was fast, the front desk person was friendly. Highly recommend! My reservation was for two but the bathroom was only set with towels for one and the blanket on the bed was fit for a toddler or small person. We did not get this fixed because we checked in late.

Motel One is really good. Nice price, great staff and breakfast. We stayed during one week and everything was great. Highly recommend. The localization is really good to walk around.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Real good breakfast with a plenty of choice, fresh and almost biological quality - all you can eat. The room was small, but with everything you need and brandnew, very calm to the backside of the motel and a bigsitzed very comfortable bed. The design is modern and well chosen. A bit expensive (about 126 EUR inculded 17.50 EUR for breakfast) but this is only my personal opinion. I enjoyed me stay as an exclusive way to spend one night.

It is a brand new property (one year old). The rooms are small but ver comfortable and clean. Breakfast was well done with a great selection for most dietary needs. The lounge in the evening has a very quiet peaceful ambience. Most staff were very friendly and helpful. A couple front desk people were somewhat gruff of dismissive when assistance was sought.

No dressers to put clothes in for 9 day stay. Too small. Only one suitcase caddy for 2 people. No room on floor to put luggage as room was so tiny. Shower drain didn’t work well, had 1” of water left at end of shower so feet were standing in dirty water. No lotion in bathroom, no wash clothes. Breakfast too expensive for what they were serving, very limited.

Ein schönes Hotel recht neu, alles sehr gepflegt. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die Bar und das ist im siebten Stock das Hotels befindet und einen tollen Blick über komplett Karlsruhe mit sich bringt.

Gutes Frühstück, jedoch sehr voll und zu wenig vernünftige Sitzplätze. Zimmer ist klein, geht aber gerade so. Personal an der Bar ist Abends, wenn diese voll ist leicht überlastet. Da wird schon mal eine Bestellung vergessen. Alles in allem okay.

Oda temizliği iyi idi. Housekeeping odaya erken girmeye çalıştı ama sonuçta temizliği çok iyi yapıyordu. Konumu biraz şehir çeperinde olan otel, yine de merkezi sayılır. Otoparki olmadığını biliyorduk, o nedenle sorun olmadı. Karlsruhe'yi gezmek ve tanımak ana amacımız olduğu için ve bir günümüzü de Mannheim ve Heidelberg'i görmeye ayırdığımız için otel kahvaltısını ve teras barını kullanma şansımız olmadı.
