We had a lovely stay at Hotel Drott. Very charming place and the rooms were comfortable and quiet. We especially enjoyed the dinner and breakfast. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Lovely place!

This is such a lovely hotel. A lovely old building but decorated in a lovely contemporary way. our room was beautiful. This being a Home hotel we were really pleasantly surprised to be offered dinner as well, a really lovely touch.

Historic hotel with super friendly staff

All of the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. Felt us though we were staying in a family run hotel not a corporate chain due to the great service we received. Bed very comfortable. Only constructive feedback is the WiFi was a bit patchy in the room.

Nice location, but dirty room

The most positive thing was the location of this hotel. Quick access to everything Karlstad have to offer. The breakfasts and dinner buffet was good. The staffs where also polite and serviceminded. BUT...., the room was one of the filthiest hotelroom i've experienced. Bugs, "jam" stain and others on the floor, dusty surfaces is are to be expected if you stay here.. For around 140 eur per night i was expecting at least a clean room 😅.

Vi fikk ikke rommet vårt før 30 minutter etter at vi hadde innsjekk, og måten de løste dette på var utrolig dårlig. Men for å prøve å rette opp igjen så fikk vi noen Rituals produkter som plaster på såret. Men når vi først fikk rommet så var det er flott rom som var stille og rolig med gode senger. Helt grei frokost og maten på kvelden var vel helt grei den også til å være inkludert.
