The reception was very friendly and check-in went smoothly. The room was large enough and well equipped. The breakfast was really good, there was a lot of choice.

Recommended for cyclists

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. We travel with our bicycles and very much appreciated that we could store our bicycles in the hotel in the basement. The hotel is nicely located directly at the river and the city center is close by. There is free coffee at all times and the breakfast was appropriate. We can recommend the hotel for people traveling by bicycle.

Värmland var trevligt. En överraskning i toaletten någon slängde en binda från sophinken (städarna)? Receptionen väldigt bra och trevlig. Frukosten perfekt ingenting saknades.

Fräscht, lagom promenad längs Klarälven in till restauranger, lugnt och tyst när du kommer tillbaka och vill sova, fantastisk utsikt över älven!

Tacksamt leende

Vacker placering vid Klarälven, i lugnt område av staden. Ett litet hotell med personlig karaktär. Blev uppgraderat till ett större rum vilket jag tackar för, Rummet var litet slitet vilket märktes fämst på skrivbordet som borde åtgärdas via ytbehandling. Skön säng, härlig dusch/toalettrum. Frukosten bra men skulle gärna ha önskat något varmt, t.ex. äggröra och bacon/prinskorv. Men mätt blev jag och lämnade hotellet med ett tacksamt leende på läpparna. .

Sentralt og fint hotell

Supert . Hyggelig betjening og fine rom . Denne gangen fikk vi dobbelseng😀. Bodde her for snart 10 år siden på vår første kjærlighetstur og da fikk vi enkeltsenger , nedtur 😂😂😂. Den gang var det restaurant på hotelle noe som var et stort pluss . Nå gikk vi noen hundre meter for å komme til restauranter , så ikke noe problem 😀

Väldigt bra och prisvärt hotell. Sköna sängar, rent och en bra frukost. Utsikten var underbar. Väldigt nära Sandgrund och centrum nåddes på 7-8 min. Tryggt område. Dyr parkering men över bron kostar det mindre och man går snabbt dit. Rekommenderar

Fin lokasjon, hyggelig betjening og relativt fine rom. I helgen er det gratis gateparkering som jeg benyttet etter tips fra resepsjon. Eneste minuset var en rotete frokost.

Dårlig renhold på badet. Veldig mørkt rom med dårlig lys mtp så lite vindu. Vaffeljernet ved frokosten burde stått for seg selv, for hvis du skulle ha frukt, meieriprodukter, gryn eller syltetøy kom man ikke frem pga vaffelkø. Savnet grove rundstykker/brød, men ellers ok frokost. Sengene var bra.

Synd att kalla (och bedöma) detta som hotell, borde ses som ett motell. Ingen service efter kl 22, fruktansvärda sängar, ingen ac och området för servering av kvällsdrink/frukost liknar Scandic tidigt 80-tal. Detta till trots så gör personalen stor skillnad med deras soliga humör.

Mkt bra lugnt boende

Bra lugnt boende, med god frukost vid vackra Klarälven o endast några min walk till centrum och Lars Lerin o Värmlandsmuseum. 15min walk till Inre hamn för båtbuss genom stan. Ett boende vi gärna besöker igen.
