Charming!

Charming hotel with good breakfast. Interesting to have a musem-part in the hotel and a nice outdoor area is available.

We spent three nights here. The hotel is wonderful. Staff, breakfast and service was excellent. We will certainly stay here the next time we come to Karlstad. Also interesting history of the former prison and well designed museum. Highly recommended!

Breakfast not very good

Breakfast was not very inspiring unfortunately. Not much taste, bacon as rubber without taste, not all seems very fresh. Definately space for improvement.

Fint och fräscht hotell.

Rent rum, underbar personal, bra frukost. Gratis parkering är mycket bra. Att middag ingår är helt fantastiskt. Det enda jag tyckte var mindre bra var att jag hade rum ut mot parkeringen och det var ett fruktansvärt oväsen både fredag och lördag kväll. Epadunk och skrikande ungdomar, i timmar. Det var lite jobbigt då jag skulle upp tidigt båda dagarna.

I är alltid helnöjda när vi bor på Hotell Bilan. Det är en härlig, spännande miljö. All personal är mycket serviceinriktade och trevliga. Rummen är mysiga, och frukosten jättebra. Dessutom ingår middag, som vi alltid varit nöjda med. Toppenställe, som vi alltid bor på, vid besök i Karlstad.

Mycket nöjd med frukost och middagen som ingick. Gratis kaffe hela dagen och liten fika på eftermiddagen med hembakat. Jätte trevlig och tillmötesgående personal.. Litet museum i 2 lokaler då huset inrymmde fängelse förr. Ligger centralt. Jättenöjd med vistelsen

Andra gången på Hotell Bilan och vi kände oss som då välkomna! Toppenfrukost och också middag på kvällen vilket är så skönt när man kört långt, kommer fram och är trött. Trivsamt stort rum med gott om utrymme. Det enda som vi saknar, en liten kyl på rummet!

Ett bra boende centralt beläget med gångavstånd till shopping, Sandgrund, stadsträdgården. Dock låg vårt rum ut mot trafikerad väg och järnvägsspår. Kan man välja så rekommenderas rum åt andra hållet. Kan absolut tänka mig att bo där igen.

Bästa val i Karlstad

Utmärkt läge för allt! Rent fräscht och tom en liten mysig utegården innan för muren. Frukost fika kvällsmat ingår. Parkering gratis på kommunal parkering precis bredvid. Käck personal och allt väldigt bra!

Da geht man gern ins Gefängnis

Wir waren zum wiederholten Male im BILAN: ein historischer Ort (ehemaliges Gefängnis), gute Zimmer, leckeres Essen, freundliches und kompetentes Personal, Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Gelände zu fairem Preis , gute Lage (fast) im Zentrum, so dass man fußläufig die schönen Punkte der Stadt erreichen kann.

Dette er det mest fantastiske hotell vi har vært på , og vi har reist mye. spesielt med att det har vært ett fengsel , små «celler»som rom, som var så koselige! Nydelig seng og dyner.personalet var helt topp.så rent og pent. Anbefales på det sterkeste.
