Our stay at the hotel was incredible. Waking up to the stunning golf course view was truly delightful. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. If you’re visiting Karuizawa by car, I would highly recommend this hotel without hesitation.

The property is located within a peaceful golf course setting, offering a quiet and scenic environment. Driving from Karuizawa JR Station takes approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Please note that the road leading to the hotel can be quite dark at night, so extra caution is recommended when driving. We stayed in Room 113, which includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The space is generous, with a well-equipped kitchen and a lovely private garden that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious and satisfying. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Their warm smiles and attentive service made us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. I would definitely choose this property again when visiting Karuizawa.

Nice Apartment

The apartment is nice with sufficient space for the family. The challenge is the location which is rather off the grid from the town and a very winding road leading to the club. Location wise is quite a challenge. Staff hardly speak any English but they are very nice people.

We stayed for one night. The staff provided excellent service, although they don't speak English well. The room was spacious and clean. There is a kitchen and washing machine with dryer, which are suitable for long stays. 30 mins drive from Karuizawa Station. In winter, the road becomes slippery due to snow and ice, so drive carefully.

Very nice and new room with all the kitchen equipment and washing machine, very good service and extremely easy parking. If you really want to be picky, it's that the hotel is inside a mountain and you need to go downhill to get in and out, which is about a 20 to 25 minute drive. Also, our room had a second floor and the one on the second floor was a little hot. But, we still really enjoyed the housing experience, it was all great!

スタッフが礼儀正しく親切である。食事も大変美味しく、宿泊客とゴルフ客とは区切られているので、服装の心配は不必要。大浴場も利用できた。浅間山麓の独特の地形の為アップダウンや細い道も多いが、18号線からホテルまでの交通量は少なくすれ違う車もない。途中キジ鹿猪を見かけた。早朝は軽井沢駅まで20分弱で着く。佐久市にも近く旧軽井沢が混雑の時は佐久のツルヤやショッピングモールで買い物も。はやぶさⅡの中継点で有名な佐久にはこども未来館もある。

客室はとても充実していて（キッチンや洗濯機まで完備）まるで別荘の様な感じでした。軽井沢駅からはかなり離れていて、タクシー利用で片道7000円は掛かります。
