We enjoyed this hotel during a brief getaway during the summer to escape the Tokyo heat. The hotel is located in a very nice location in old Karuizawa (Kyo-Karuizawa), close to many nice restaurants and little shops, while also being very quite. Rooms are very large and modern, the hotel has its own hot spring (onsen), and high speed internet is free. Very friendly staff and a large and tasty breakfast buffer. We definitely plan to visit again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was perfect, with Old Karuizawa Ginza Street right outside the hotel, making it super convenient to explore. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and we loved the organic-smelling toiletries. Staff were always polite and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast selection was a bit limited, but everything was fresh and well prepared — especially the soups, which we enjoyed every morning. Only small downside was the pillows, which were too flat for us. Otherwise, a great stay overall!

Can’t say enough good things about our stay. From the moment we pulled up to reception, every member of staff were so welcoming, attentive, and accomodating. The property itself is incredible; and our room had the most insane view of beautiful Mt Fuji. Everything was perfect and our stay was truly something unique and special.

It was a very nice hotel. Facilities were fantastic. The food at the downstairs Trattoria was delicious. The front desk staff and room cleaning staff did not communicate well giving a slight downgrade in their overall service score.

This new hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and cozy. The onsen has a lovely view. Restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed. Staff are friendly, helpful, and provide service that was above & beyond. We’re already looking forward to visiting again!

Absolutely stunning hotel and the service was top notch. We came here to get away from Tokyo this is our first visit to this area and this hotel was amazing! We were greeted immediately and checked in, the staff also speak English and were very nice to us. They have a ton of items you can rent from board games to flat irons. The rooms are huge, the showers are amazing. We didn’t get to try the onsen this time but we will definitely be back. This hotel is right on a shopping street where you can shop for various items food and it’s even close to a lit Karuizawa sign area you can take photos this time of year. If you are looking for something away from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo stay here. We did Hakone 3 times before we found this area and 100% would stay here over Hakone.

ラグジュアリースイートの森側に宿泊しました⭐️ とにかく綺麗で清潔感がありました✨ 場所も旧軽井沢商店街の上の方にありいい場所でした🌳 森側は静かで、人の声など全然聞こえなかったです✨ 5ヶ月の子どもと初めての旅行で不安でしたが、 無料の貸出で ベビーバスや、哺乳瓶の消毒器、おむつ専用ゴミ箱を借りられたのでとってもありがたかったです☺️ 行く前にHPで無料の貸出が有る事（私の時は５つつまで・sold outも有）がわかったので リファのコテもレンタルさせていただき 持ち物最低限で行けたのも良かった🙌 受付の方々、レストランの方も皆さん対応が良く気持ち良く過ごせました☺️ 暗めの証明もよかった✨ 食事も美味しく豪華で、ドリンクの飲み放題つきでした✨ ラウンジのドリンク・アルコールも飲み放題だったので、好きな時に頂く事ができて満喫できました😊 また行きたいです🧡

とても素敵なホテルでした。 連泊させていただいたのですが、ベッドメイキングされなかったのが残念でした。メニューは異なりましたが同じ場所でのコース料理だったので飽きを感じてしまいました。好みの問題ではありますが朝食も含めて洋食続きになってしまったため、和食の選択肢があるとより一層満足できたように思いました。チェックアウトの日にホテルの駐車場にそのまま停められないのが残念でした。

ラグジュアリーツインに宿泊しました。 端的に言うと、今まで宿泊したホテルの中で一番感動しました。 お部屋は非の打ち所がなく、色彩や空間デザインがとても美しく、ホテルならではの非日常感がありながら、まるで自宅にいるかのようにリラックスして過ごすことができました。 また、スタッフの皆さまの丁寧で温かい対応も印象的で、随所にサービスの質の高さを感じました。 心地よい時間をありがとうございました。
