"This was one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in during my travelling around India - and I’m travelling on a budget. The hotel is new so everything is in great condition. It is like a 5* hotel but at such a great price! Also the staff are AMAZING!!! I arrived late and was hungry and after a bad day wanted a beer. "The approach road, the last 1.8 km is unimaginably horrible. I started doubting my own intelligence for booking this. But thankfully cottages were good and staff friendly. You will have to make good with whatever food is served here. "

"The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK."

"Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on. It being near the beach is the main advantage but there’s no sun loungers or deck chairs as advertised and the staff aren’t very helpful when trying to...
