You can find better properties in same or less money!!!
At Hilaris, they welcomed us with a cake, champagne nice decoration, the breakfast was limited but they got it on your table in the morning it wasn't self serve - in those terms the property was good. But in terms of hospitality not so much, there was nobody at the reception throughout the day/night even when they said 24/7 service. We had a power outage the first night in the room and nobody responded for like 30 mins, water was clogging in the washroom. We booked the most expensive suite in the property and still got weird and rude communication from the staff. They only had 1 male who helped us carry our luggage (2 big bags) we carried the rest 4 bags with us upstairs through the stairs since there was no elevator and we were on the 4th floor and they never said no or anything at first. While checking out when we asked for the same help, they just refused to help (not even let us see, let's figure it out) they just said do it all yourself we are busy, I requested them that we can wait but they still denied and said that nobody can help and you have to check out right now (mind you the room did smell and seemed like it wasn't booked from a long time) and there were not a lot of customers in the property anyways.
