What a difficult review! What seems like should have been a 10 property had so many issues. We stayed 2 nights. The first night I woke up from some thumping along the wall at the floor. It lasted about 5 minutes. Stopped. Then started again a bit later. We were gone all day and when we went to bed to get woken up multiple times. You could hear gurgling coming through the floor, clanking in the walls, and air in the pipes. In the morning all you could hear was air in the pipes and low water pressure. The rooms were very nice and the beds were super comfortable. The room had a Nespresso but no capsules. The refrigerator had 2 sodas 2 beer and one soda water but no bottles of water-no opener. Our friends room had 2 bottles of water and one soda. There was a mix of glassware. At night half of the outdoor lighting around the property did not work. We used our phones to light the path to our room. The outdoor pool with our room was nice but was never cleaned of leaves and debris. Our room had plaster spots around it and on the front door. The property shares dining service with the Radisson Blue. The breakfast was amazing as well as the view from the patio. Clearly some maintenance issues to resolve. We had friends staying in another room in a different part of the property and they had water issues as well.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The hotel is not only beautiful and aesthetically pleasing, but it is also exceptionally clean and professionally run. Our room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was cleaned daily, and the bed sheets were changed every day, which we really appreciated. You could see that all of the staff worked incredibly hard to maintain such high standards. A special thank you to Hatice and Sema, who looked after our room. Their attention to detail, kindness, and dedication made our stay even more enjoyable. They did an excellent job every day, and thanks to them, the hotel truly felt like a home away from home. Breakfast was lovely, with incredible views that made each morning special. The location was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a restful getaway. We had an amazing two weeks and thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. We will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Lovely mini apartment and the private pool was such a treat! Had a small kitchenette however couldn’t use the hob provided (wasn’t allowed) the fridge came in very handy! Great food for room service. I would definitely go for a r pom with a view next time! Look forward to returning!

The room was clean but not as advertised. The shower didn't drain properly so the entire shower room would end up a pool of water. We had a suite which was advertised as having a stove top and microwave but upon arrival we were told neither worked and offered nothing in return. The pool and private beach were not on site which was inconvenient. Both were over a kilometer away at another hotel and seating was limited and usually at capacity. There was a sewer smell along the sidewalk to our room. The 'mountain view' room was limited at best. Overall, our stay was fine but we were not happy when we arrived to find something completely different than we were expecting. Staff were friendly but not particularly helpful. They would not provide two spoons when requested, which seems ridiculous for a hotel with dining on site.

Disappointed

We had problem at the check in. They have problem accepting foreign credit cards. The room was disappointing. The floor looked like the construction is not yet finished with full of paint drops all around. The floors also looked like they were never wiped. It is a relatively new property but already needs a lot of maintenance. The sea view room literally looks at a garbage collection point with 4 big garbage bins with open lids all they (see photo). It is interest no one in the hotel is annoyed by this and do something to cover this ugly view and smell. The sheets and quilt were made of nylon and not comfortable at all. It gives a cheap feeling. The people at the reception were not friendly and far away from being professional. I will not come back to this place. Overall, expensive for what it is.

Balayı için tercih etmiştik, çok memnun kaldık. Havuzu gayet korunaklıydı. Gündüz ve gece havuza girebildik havuzu sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi. Temizlik konusunda gayet hassaslar. Kahvaltı gayet güzeldi. Doğası çok güzeldi, otel bahçesinden akşamları yürüyüş yaptık keyifliydi. Aracımız olduğu için yakın mesafedeki her yeri gidip görme şansımız oldu. Otel görsel olarak oldukça iyi fakat sadece görsellik var. Çocukla konaklamaya asla uygun değil. 2 gün loft odada konakladık. Havuz buz gibiydi giremedik. Otelin havuzu yok giremedik. Plaj kısmı +12 yaş olduğu için çocuklar ile gidemedik, yanımızdaki 3 yaşındaki bebeği odaya bırakıp gitmemize zaten olanak yoktu. Sanırım sezona yetiştirmek için apar topar açılmış ve bir çok şey eksikti. Kahvaltı için alan çok küçüktü, çeşit çok azdı. Raddison otel bünyesinde olduğu için bir çok şey raddisondan geliyordu. Temizlik olarak hiç memnun kalmadık. Havuz kısmının üstü kapalı olduğu için asla güneş görmüyordu ve su buz gibiydi giremedik. Isıtmalı havuz kesinlikle olmalı. Yada üst korumanın bir kısmı güneş alması için açılmalı ayrıca çocuk ile konaklanan bir otelde çocuk için hiç bir şey olmamasıda kötüydü. Alan müsait büyük bir havuz ve küçük bir park yapılabilir. Odalarda içmek için su bile yoktu. Yatak sürekli ses çıkarıyordu. Odanın tek beğendiğimiz yanı üst kattaki hamam konsepti duşu oldu. Bence otelin acil olaral elden geçirilmesi gerekiyor. Telefonla ulaşmak bile oldukça zor.
