“I requested the front desk to arrange a taxi, and the staff charged me INR 2,000. However, on the way back from the same destination, I paid INR 160. I can't help but wonder if the staff had a captive contract with the taxi service affiliated with the hotel. Overall, it was a strange experience.”

“This is the best place to stay in Mumbai. The staff, facilities and location are fantastic”

“very comfortable stay here...staff is also nice and polite..”
