"Clean and great location but super uncomfortable beds and pillows. If you like a rock hard mattress and pillow you’ll love this place. Breakfast is random and could be better "

"Perfect location, only a 5-10 minute walk to the busier areas of Osaka and with plenty of Izakayas and food options on the doorstep. The public bath is open til 2am, which is amazing for a late flight and check-in. Automated check-in service at the reception is also fast and convenient, with plenty of helpful staff nearby. The convenience store on the 4th floor was also amazing for withdrawing cash and getting a quick snack. Would absolutely stay here again!"
