"Amazingly friendly staff. Clean room/property. Would stay again! They let me store my luggage before check in and the day I checked out. Immaculately clean room. If you're missing anything they should have it (toothbrush, comb, facewash etc). Laundry available and a good restaurant downstairs. Walking distance to the train station."

"The air conditioner was easy to use and got the room warmed up quickly, the kitchen has everything you need: apartment sized refrigerator with a freezer, microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, 2 burner stove, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, bottle opener, cutlery, cutting board and kitchen knives! The table is full size to enjoy a meal or play a game of cards together. The beds were medium firmness and we slept comfortably, our favorite part was the bunk beds! What a great configuration! I wish more hotels did this! The toilet is new and very nice and clean; the wet room was a nice size for the room and our kids appreciated having a bathtub to soak in. This hotel is now on our favorites list and we can’t wait to come back!"

"Our stay was wonderful! Having shuttle to and from the hotel was a great option to get to the nearest subway line, Disneyland and Tokyo Sea. The hotel was clean and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store our luggage prior to check in and after check out and that gave us time to go out. There also is an airport limousine bus you can book that picks you up from the hotel which was cheap and convenient. The downfall was being far from food places, convenient stores, etc. and we had to Uber Eats food. Other than that, a fantastic stay! "

"The man in the lobby when we checked in was very helpful and friendly, and he ever spoke Spanish to us because he heard us speak it. The room was clean, comfortable, and worth the money. The bathrooms were also clean and warm. The stay was great! Even my picky family liked it there. :)"

"This has been my favorite stay in Tokyo. The staff are extremely friendly and the hotel services are excellent for the low price points. In addition to an excellent staff, the location is ideal. This hotel is conveniently surrounded by the best restaurants, parks, and shopping mall; also including a 7/11, Lawson, and Family mart!"

"The room was the standard Japanese shoebox, but the beds were comfy, the amenities were there, and the price was great. Hotel was clean, VERY conveniently located next to a station, and the breakfast was very tasty, with a decent mix of Japanese and western foods. You can judge a hotels clientele by whether they have natto in the breakfast spread or not. Obviously most people will be staying here if they are going to the Disney resort, just keep in mind there is literally nowhere to put your luggage in your room. We have a double twin room and we barely had anywhere to put our backpacks. lol but all in all, great hotel! Also there is a Lawsons basically in the lobby"
