"This was a great place to stay with a nice compound with some wonderful views. The property was well maintained and kept very nice and clean. The staff was also very professional and extremely helpful although there were a few hiccups (will share below). Overall, this was a great place and we would choose this place again.
Having said here are are some things that weren’t ideal.
1. It seemed that they had mopped the floors of the rooms using some disinfectants without following up by mopping with water leaving the floors slightly sticky when we first got in. Should be easy enough to change the process.
2. We ran out of TP and had to call the front desk 3 times before we got more. It was a bit annoying at it was later in the evening and we were waiting for them to bring it before going to sleep.
3. There is no air conditioning in the rooms. There are fans, but that is not sufficient to keep the rooms cool at night. I was told later that the standard rooms which I had booked didn’t have them, but this wasn’t clearly mentioned on the listing. The price was relatively higher compared to all nearby properties and this is a basic thing that I would have expected.
In spite of all this, this is a well maintained property at a great location and we would stay again."
