From the moment we arrived, we felt completely welcomed and taken care of—all thanks to the incredible manager, Chris, who goes above and beyond to ensure every guest has a magical stay. What makes this place so special is its wonderful nostalgic charm. There is something so delightful and old-school about carrying around a real, physical room key instead of a plastic card! It immediately sets a relaxed, laid-back tone for your Hawaiian vacation. The property is practically made for families: * The Pool: Clean, refreshing, and surrounded by lush greenery, it was a massive hit with the kids after a long day of exploring. * The Breakfast: A fantastic, delicious way to start every morning without the stress of rushing out to find a restaurant. * The Live Music: Hearing local music played live on the property added the most enchanting, soulful atmosphere to our evenings. "The facility is very well maintained and the staff was very nice. We loved that they had free laundry units available to all guests and provided detergent. There were water stations throughout the facility. The gym was also very clean and new. Our family loved that the pools were open 24 hours. We would definitely come back again."

"Beautiful resort with balcony view of the bay and ocean. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Food was delicious in all of the restaurants. Pool was fantastic, Beach area and view was phenomenal! The only thing I can say I was disappointed about was, my new wife and I didn't get a Lei when we arrived. Everything else was absolutely perfect. Great stay!"

"I was really pleasantly surprised by this hotel. My room was very clean and I was happy to be closer to the parking lot vs closer to the Ocean. The location can't be beat with shops, dining, coffee, just steps away. There are lots of barbecues which is nice for a beach barbecue night. Special thanks to Tiffany for bringing my ID to my room when I left it at the front desk. Such nice service with Aloha. Thank you Islander."
