"Staff was EXCELLENT during Hurricane on 9/5/26 , there’s no light for 3-4 days no food around, Management and entire team fed 200 people Three times a day and we were vegetarian, they try there best to give us vegetarian meals We appreciate the entire team of hotel Ownership we’re enjoying there life some where in cozy places While All Managers and Entire Staff wearing BIG SMILES and serving everyone GOOD JOB TEAM"

"We were there for Hurricane Lowell and the hotel was fantastic. They provided 2 free charging station (which they powered with generators), ice water, coffee in the morning and breakfast, lunch and dinner (free of charge) for their guests. Resort was beautiful upon arrive before and after the hurricane."
