“Very loud doors. People are not courteous to close the door behind them so they slam. People not being courteous is not the hotels fault but quieter doors could've been installed. Louder than the average hotel. The floors are very thin as well. Sounded like a marathon above us. It was a full hotel when we were there. Not much sleep. Close to 1:00 am for the people above us to settle down and then doors slamming just after 6:00 am. Very clean, comfortable beds, good staff.”

“Check-in process was smooth. The room did not have sheets for the pull out couch so we had to ask for those. We also asked for an extra pillow but they were sold out this week and didn’t have anymore. No laundry detergent available for purchase at front desk so walked across the street to get that. Breakfast was good each day. Times that I did have to go to the front desk took a long time for someone to come out”

“My 4 night stay was during EAA's AirVenture, so room prices were very expensive (as they are anywhere near Oshkosh). Perhaps this made my expectations higher. The room was adequate, comfortable and clean. Housekeeping was good. Management knocked on door and asked if we needed anything. Minor opportunities for improvement: The complimentary coffee in the lobby was weak and not worth drinking. The included breakfast was quite limited, and could have been much better. “Literally police there every day we were staying there. It was nice and quiet. Whole place smells like smoke. Pool is closed. Honestly not worth the money.”
