Everything was great until my hubby and I got woken up by someone trying to get in our room at 6 am. I called front desk and she said oh I’m sorry it was me there was a problem with system. I gotta tell you, next time knock, make a phone call. Do not just try barging into somebody’s room. The rest of staff were great.

The receptionist Shawn who checked us in was so kind! We got in very late, around 12 or 1AM from our flight, and he allowed us to take food from the breakfast dining area. We appreciated it so much since since we were hungry and a lot of places around that area were closed at that time. Thank you!
