"The hotel is super clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood that is just a few steps away from a train station. Staff is very accommodating and kind. The room is compact but still have enough space to move around. Breakfast buffet offers delicious Japanese food. Will use it again."

"Check-in was on a lower floor to the entrance of hotel. No formal greeting as was told to sled check-in at machine so nobody actually to speak to. Felt very mechanical.
No sign of the baths onsen in the hotel at all so didn’t use them so disappointed.
Room was good and view was lovely on 49th floor.
Fridge was useless as was the air con. The freezer door was missing which meant that everything we put in the fridge, like fresh milk and drinks and snacks, got frozen and had to be thrown...
