When I arrived in my room, it was really dirty. The floors were filthy, it didn't look like the bed had been changed and the shower had clumps of hair in the drain. The bathroom was generally dirty. However, the staff were very kind and accommodating when I asked to change rooms. I was immediately moved to a different room that was significantly better. The location is certainly convenient, within walking distance of the central area - restaurants, shops, Kayseri Castle, etc. But it's a bit of a weird area. Felt very safe though. Overall, you get exactly what you pay for! It was fine for one night, but I wouldn't have been able to stay longer.

En başta bizi karşılayan resepsiyon görevlisi çok nazik ve yardımsever idi Genel olarak oda temizliği sorunsuzdu tek sorun ilk girişte odanın sigara kokusuydu oda dizaynı biraz dar idi banyo da duştan dışarı şu taşıyordu Gelelim kahvaltı ya harikaydı ürünler kaliteli lezzetli çeşit bol açık büfe ile ilgilenen şef sürekli takviye yapıyordu bu kadar iyi kahvaltı meşhur zincir otellerde bile az rastlanır

Grand zara otel rezalet
