"The only thing I had problems with was the entrance and exit from the parking garage. Needed assistance both times. Plus, I had to go have my room access card re-activated on my last night there. Was an inconvenience at the time, but doable. With their access system into rooms, one would think that they would know or at least check into the life of the batteries used on their room entrance locks. If he re-activation of the card, did not work, would have had to wait for security to arrive to get room access, then have to move rooms at midnight. Not really conducive to the hospitality business, in my humble opinion. Overall stay, however, was excellent!!! "

"Great staff and decent free breakfast, walkable to downtown and safe area compared to hotels west of downtown. Parking close to room and well lit. Workout room was tiny but l did get my workout done. Room was standard but clean and updated. Lacked plugs near the beds for having 5 people staying"

"Room was clean staff was all nice and friendly... the reason i booked here was the indoor pool for the kids and hot tub for me but that was out of order... along with the ice machine on the 3rd and 2nd floor, and the 1st floor gave ice that had black oil in it.. the room was clean however the bathroom door didnt have a lock and didnt close all the way. There was about a 3 inch gap. We were near the elevatorand ot was very loud and noisy while we were trying to sleep.... . breakfast was ok,... overall, seems like it need some maintenance.. "
