"PROS: Convenient location - kind staff members - comfortable bed CONS: If I had been a woman travelling alone, I would not have felt safe/secure. Property is in TERRIBLE CONDITION; My room had a door with a DAMAGED SECURITY LOCK, a bathroom with badly discolored fixtures and commode, and a mirror over the sink which was NOT ATTACHED TO THE WALL. The police were called and FOUR SQUAD CARS responded to a disturbance a few doors from my room. FINAL THOUGHT: I have stayed at several Motel 6 locations over the past several years and this is BY FAR the worst. I credit the staff with being unfailingly kind. They are not to blame for the problems at this Motel 6."

"This is truly a class apart hotel! Everything from Service to people to rooms to quality of linen bedding amenities is top notch! The attitude of service staff front desk is above and beyond. The bar space is one of the best decorated. We wana stay here every time!!! "

"Staff was excellent! The only thing wrong was the bed! It was way too soft that i can feel a bit of the springs of the bed! "

"Phone service to front desk or guest services would say “invalid Extension”. Had to go downstairs to get towels and ice and to find out about checkout. No signs in room about checkout. We were never told. Many dehumidifiers. Smelled slightly musty. It is a restaurant more than a hotel. The check in desk is where to pay for meals. Hotel guests come in second. Poorly managed. Poor business model. You are fending for yourself as a guest. Tub showers extremely slick. I slipped. Injuried my leg. Could not reach the front deck to find the ice. "

"Front desk staff was friendly. Lobby was deceiving because it was nice. The hallways and rooms were very dated, dirty and had a smell. "

"Rooms looked old and outdated. Beds were very worn down and uncomfortable. "

"Our a/c in our room didn’t work and the room was 77 degrees super hot. We called down to the front desk around 11pm when we got back from swimming and they said they’d send someone up. We waited 30-45 min and no one showed so had to call again and they apologized and said they’d try to get someone up. We were so tired from our day traveling. Or kids were super tired but couldn’t sleep in the heat. They sent maintenance up and he worked on it for a bit and told us to check about another room. They were able to get us another room on the same floor so we went and same thing. A/C wasn’t working. The maintenance guy said they just had someone there to work on the a/c so something must of happened. Finally about 12:30 we hopped to our 3rd room on a different floor and that a/c worked. The hotel didn’t give us any sort of discount with all the hassle we went through. Poor customer service. The hot tub was also cautioned off so we weren’t able to use that either."
