"The scenery in this valley was gorgeous. My hiking, biking, & walking experience perfect. The natives were friendly people. The hotel restaurant was awesome. "Palorto Inn is a beautiful hotel in Gjirokaster, close to Old Town Bazaar. Our room was gorgeous, beautifully decorated with wonderful views of the city and castle. The staff were so welcoming, friendly and professional. I recommend coming to this historic town and stay at this beautiful hotel. "

"What a wonderful setting and building. We highly recommend this Villa on your visit to Permet. Our room was super comfortable from the bed to the bathroom. The staff was dedicated and friendly. We were in Permet in the late fall and so the dinner options in town were limited so we decided to make a reservation at the Villa's dining room for dinner. We were not disappointed. Everything was great. The setting, the appetizers, salad, wine and main course and the service was fantastic. The provided breakfast was delicious. The deep fried bread and fruit square was a nice touch. The breakfast menu was choice of 6 or so items prepared to your liking. The Villa is an easy walk to the downtown for exploring and easy access to hiking up the hills behind the Villa. We would not hesitate to return to this Villa in the future."

"Arrived at hotel and was double charged for booking (by Expedia and front office staff) at checkin. Staff/Manager apologetic and refund the difference in cash.Was initially given a car park view room with balcony over a smoking area and cigarette smell coming up from below. Was promptly given a new room overlooking the river. Excellent hotel and facilities, staff friendly and everything clean. No USB outlet in room."
