“Close to dining on river”

“the room was clean, tv worked but hdmi did not and while the staff did what he could helping to figure it out and even checked different rooms to see if the tv could connect to hdmi. it did not! which was disappointing but the effort was there and i can respect that.”

“Room was beautiful and very clean along with the resort. Note: pillows aren’t very comfortable and the restaurant stays open until midnight however they stop serving food at 10PM. wish we would have known that.”

“Save your money. This hotel is DIRTY. The second floor is used for people living there. They close off part of the hotel forcing you to walk outside around the building to access the other half of the building. 2 homeless men hangout in the back parking lot by your car all day and night. The sink had dry tooth paste in it and the shower had someone else black hair in the tub. Just GROSS”

“Well our phone did not work in our room and the tub in the room the faucet was taken off so we could not use it for the jacuzzi tube. I complained and got no where. The phone was never fixed after I complained and our bed was not made or changed it was the same way we left it. so no it was not a good stay and if this reaches anyone i would like reimbursed some money for my stay if possible. my email is sassilem204103@gmail.com or phone number 724-771-3721 thank you the staff was unhelpful also.”

“The staff was great, no complaints. However my room was not clean, I had food and coins under the sofa bed when we pulled it out for my son. We had Reese cup papers on the floor. We were in the bed and the fire alarm went off, we took the stairs down only to find out it was a false alarm because the elevators got stuck open. Oh well thing happen, the actual hotel was clean, breakfast was good. Sometimes things just happen and me I think that’s what happen. I would give it a second chance...

“Honestly, wouldn’t come here again if i could avoid it. The room/bathroom had not been swept or mopped and there was hair from the previous people all over the floor. i had to call the front desk to request that to be cleaned. But the front desk staff were really helpful though, appreciate you guys! Oh Also it was lowkey ghetto….. everything was just outdated too”

“Very disappointing experience from the moment we arrived. The self-check-in kiosks were not working for me and several other guests, which created a long line. To make matters worse, there was only one employee handling check-ins, so it took an unreasonably long time just to get our room. Unfortunately, things did not improve after check-in. The room had a noticeable bad odor, and when we checked the bunk beds, there were old chips and debris underneath the mattress that looked like they had...

“Staff was friendly and the morning breakfast was good but shower head was nearly half a foot short than me (5'11), shower shelves not level as my shampoo bottle fell off onto my foot 4 times, the drink machines only accepted cash and 1 dollar bills with at least 1 not even working at all. But the tipping point was the fact that I noticed that after getting out of the shower and walking around in my room barefoot, the bottom of my feet started turning black from how dirty the carpet was.”

“This was a family trip. We ended up being able to get into cedar point an hour before gates open since we stayed in the park. Our little family had the best time. (5 and 10 year old boys).”

“The room was clean. So all in all that was a plus. This hotel is very close to cedar point and is relatively reasonably priced. We booked here along with friends to utilize the outdoor pool area after soccer games which is beautiful. The pool was closed for no apparent reason. It looked beautiful and we called the day before just to check and they said yes it's open. So that was a huge let down.they did offer a pass to drive to hotel Breakers to use their pool. There is no breakfast at all....
