The hotel was nice and clean. Nice pool area. My only complaint was that there is a lot of moisture in the room. The bed and everything felt damp when we came in and got in bed in the evening. Other than that the place was great! Staff was so helpful and nice. We would stay again.

Place needs some updates.The first room they gave us had a broken toilet.Second room had a cracked missing ceiling.Bathroom so small couldn't clear the door to shut it while washing my hands.Pool area the walkway to hot tub the wood was cracked and caving in.Loved outdoor patio for morning breakfast with water view.Breakfast was amazing!Many options!

Had a pool and a hot tub. Staff was nice. Rooms had really small TV didn't realize they made them thay small anymore. Hot tub is nice unless a bunch of adults drinking beer all night so not kid appropriate most of our stay. Little overpriced. Breakfast was good. Not alot of food options around

Our stay was good , the rooms were clean! The pictures of the pools didnt look how it does there was bug in the hot tub coming in from under the door by the hot tub and breakfast was good although the pictures shown are different they have a selected few things out but all in all it was good!

Honestly, it was not a great experience and I wouldn't go back. The outside of the property looked great and was well maintained. The scenery and the outside patio area were great. The lobby and common area were also nice and well maintained so I was very hopeful. The rooms and pool area were a different story though. Our room smelled kind of like old garbage and rotting food. The bathroom also smelled pretty bad. It was kind of musty smelling, like dirty laundry. The AC kept shutting off before it would reach the temperature so it was very warm in there all night and we could not get the TV to work. Every channel we tried it just kept freezing up. The hot tub was a really good size but unfortunately the hot tub itself smelled absolutely terrible. We were in a room that had a pull-out bed. I wasn't expecting a lot from a pull out mattress but this one was even worse than what I expected. It was maybe 2 inches thick. For $300 a night, I was expecting a little more.

Ample sized room, modern & convenient. Very convenient location with ample parking. Hot breakfast buffet was good and well attended to. Some minor imperfections: 1- no water available after breakfast - no water fountain & out of water to sell, 2- some loud guest late at night (soccer teams, not controlled by chaperones)

The hotel was pretty nice, it could have been a little bit cleaner and some things needed attention. One of the windows near the hot tub had the screen just hanging half way off. No towels in the pool area, had to go ask for some. Our first morning, there was an issue with breakfast. The service was so slow, the hot food was empty, all the juice was empty except one, not much choices for bread, no cinnamon rolls. My husband had to go to the front desk to let them know everyone was just waiting for food. A manager did come and help and got more food out. The pancake maker was not working that morning either. The next morning was better. Overall we had a nice stay.
