Another negative is upto now I have not received my deposit back. Surely you should have a system that works for returning deposits back. "Lovely hotel, beautiful lobby, perfect location. Our room was a little small, so check the room size if that’s important to you. The bathroom and shower were wonderful, and the bed is very comfortable."

"Overall very impressed with Cotswolds Hotel & Spa. Booked a family room and although it was not made up for 4 people when we arrived, it was quickly resolved. The room was very hot, even with windows open but they had provided a fan. 3 out of four of us paid for breakfast. The fourth person only wanted a filter coffee. Think they could have thrown that in free of charge as 3 were paying full price, but that is only a nice to have."

"I was at a festival up the road and this hotel was near by and reasonably priced. The breakfast was extra and that was a good price. Excellent priced at £12.50 and very good with a great selection. Very clean and the staff were very friendly. Check-in and out very simple. Wished I had time for the facility’s So good I might book it again end of month."
