"I only have one complaint about this hotel room. There are no curtains on the huge window in the bedroom so it was very bright as soon as the sun came up. I was hoping to be able to sleep in on my birthday but no such luck. Otherwise a very nice room. Beautiful view."

"The staff are very good, very helpful be they house keeping or at the front desk. My only criticism is upon checking in they do not tell you that you must daily request the making of your bed. Otherwise a great place to stay."

"My husband and I love staying at the Accent Inns and return every time we are in Kelowna.The staff are amazing and the rooms are very clean. Nice outdoor pool, and breakfast at Ricky’s is a nice change from the usual hotel continental buffet. Love the fancy coffee machine in reception"
