The room was clean, the Hotel was cozy, the bathroom door handle was stuck and was not closing properly but after letting the front desk know they came and repaired it immediately. The stay was pleasant and their customer service was exemplary. Will definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to live in the heart of downtown. It was close proximity to the beach, harbor and other food areas and shopping.

Excellent location. Hotel rooms are somewhat dated but still clean. Because it’s next to a major road, there is quite a bit of road noise, but it’s a trade off for the location I suppose!

Disliked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities
We found the front desk personnel to be standoffish at best and rude at worst. The room was fine and the one day we used housekeeping, it was satisfactory. The one meal we had in the restaurant was okay but the service was abysmal. The TV system was archaic and arcane for us. Ridiculous to have a system 6likw that in 2026. Location was excellent to be fair.

Decent good sized room. Clean and comfortable. A decent fridge with an ice box would be an improvement. Great to have a pool. Busy location, right on the very noisy main highway, but room soundproofing excellent. Sturdy trolleys for luggage and convenient parking access. There is an additional parking fee. We had bikes and there is access just across the street to the entire delightful Kelowna lakeside park system. Lots of great eating options within two or three blocks. Good location. Good hotel. Good stay.
