After complaining, they did move us to a nicer sea view room, which we accepted. But it still was not the luxury room that we booked and paid more for. “The property is old and in need of TLC. The cleaning staff do what they can but as above it’s an older hotel Some of the staff are extremely rude. The pool was closed for the duration of my visit. The beach is a rocky stony beach and dirty. I was given a boiler egg for breakfast that was not cooked”
