"My room was very dirty "

"Everything was clean and Pleasant. We felt pretty deceived regarding pictures of a hot tub. When We booked your hotel it was mostly due to the fact your photos had featured a hot tub, but after arriving we found it had been covered up with a deck. Super disappointing. But overall nice and big clean room was a plus. "

"You need a better breakfast quality. Charge if you have to but the frre breakfast is a train wreck I choose to eat else where which is fine. "

"I could not find a hairdryer and requested from front desk and waited for a half hour and they still didn’t deliver to room which the front desk said they would and they haven’t my hair is long and it was 16 degrees out still winter so I used my curling iron to dry my hair, not happy with the customer services I actually had the male housekeeper to look in the bathroom to see that the hairdryer was missing and tell him to relay to front desk. Still no delivery of hairdryer. :("
