“Located conveniently 10 mins walk away from Bowness Bay and 5 mins walk away from the town centre. We had a good view from the room. Parking can be a challenge, but you’d be able to find a spot nearby. Overall a great stay.”

“We have enjoyed a fantastic 2 night stay, the location was spot on only 2 minutes to Lake Windermere and the ferry landing point. Colin is the perfect host, very attentive, knowledgeable of the area and looked after us well. Breakfast was a lovely; full English in a cosy setting. The room was fine with all amenities. It was our birthdays whilst there and Colin decorated the room, these touches are most appreciated. Definitely recommend 10/10”

“저에게는 가격대비 굉장히 좋은 숙소였던것 같습니다 우선 위치는 윈더미어 역에서 걸어서 5~8분 정도 걸렸던 것 같구요 한 골목만 나가면 윈더미어쪽의 나름 번화가라 맛집들이 있어 저녁먹기 좋았습니다 직원분들 친절하셨고 방이 2층이었는데 주인 아저씨가 짐은 다행히 들어주셨습니다. 싱글룸 이었는데 방 시설이나 화장실 상태도 좋았습니다 ( 그런데 냉장고는 아쉽지만 없었습니다) 무엇보다도 조식이 최고였는데요 잉글리쉬 브랙퍼스트를 제대로 맛볼수 있었습니다”

“Location was perfect right in the centre of historic Hawkshead ask about car parking at the primary school. On Suite was very small, the vanity didn’t drain properly, the sensor light is a pain when you don’t want to wake-up your partner at night! A common problem with all accommodation in the Uk is that only having a Duvet on the bed to hot to use and worst no top sheet, Duvets are to hot in winter because of the heating and to hot in summer with no air conditioning and with no ventilation...

“Il soggiorno è stato molto piacevole. Il personale è cordiale e la posizione è comoda, considerando che c’è anche il parcheggio a disposizione degli ospiti. Ottima la colazione. La struttura é un po’ datata ma la camera era pulita.”
