โOverall very good experience - the hotel, the rooms, cleanliness, staff, value for money, check in, check out, standard of rooms and facilities - All excellent. Except that there is cow dung smell when you open windows because of the farms and animals in the nearby houses, sheds etc. I understand its not related to hotel, but just rural locality. So i would still rate the hotel and stay as excellent.โ

Staff were over worked and doing multiple jobs as best as they could and as quickly as they good. Tending bar, taking orders, waiting on tables - just one person! They really struggled at breakfast with a coach party all coming down to eat at the same time and only two waitresses and one chef to handle everything. โWe stayed here for 2 nights and everything was good. All the staff were friendly and professional. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and steam room were good. The gym was probably the biggest one I've seen in a hotel. Plenty of parking available. We slept very well here. Overall a great experience and we'd visit again, but have dinner somewhere else.โ
โI booked my stay at this hotel through Expedia. When I checked in I was told that I hadnโt prepaid through Expedia. Because I was tired after a long day, I paid as requested by the hotel . Through Expedia I requested this double payment to be returned. Over a week later Iโm still waiting.โ
