The room was lovely and spacious. There was no view outbof the window as the hotel is being extended. The staff were helpful and did everything they could to make our stay as pleasant and comfortable as they could. Helen and Chloe were particularly good and always made us feel welcome.

The stairwell and corridors were dated but assuming they’re updating the hotel as the pool was out of action..this was not mentioned when booking via website. The rooms were comfortable but hot, needed the window open but noisy on the road. Great position to the centre and great parking.

We arrived late and the front desk was so accommodating when the room we booked (two twin) was not available. They offered to convert a king room into a twin and were so helpful and friendly. The room was clean, tidy, and had a beautiful view. Breakfast was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.
