“Oh my goodness the beds were so soft and fluffy. I loved it. I tried to find what the hotel offers trying to find a book or something and I couldn’t find one. Then when we were leaving, I saw that you had to scan it on your phone, but oh well, it was great.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the air conditioning. We couldn't control it like we wanted. Didn't get cold enough so sleeping was a bit uncomfortable. Couldn't keep the blanket on. Kept getting hot”

“Given a room that a/c did not work and had to move to another room. Requested a room on 1st floor on the 3rd of September for my stay on the 14th and was told by your employee that she had taken care of it but when we arrived they said they did not have room on the 1st floor. Very disappointed in you staff.”
