Michael is tops, he is one of the best front desk personnel I have seen in many years. He can even anticipate an issue just when the customer begins to talk about something. I saw that with my own eyes. I was 100% pleased.

The hotel was perfect for what we needed. The airport shuttle runs every hour, which was awesome! My only complain is the carpet was so think, it made it difficult to pull our bags.
