"I was originally placed on the first floor. The guy in the room next to me was incredibly loud - sounded like multiple people in the room. I had also been given an accessible room. Not needing that, and not wanting to start anything with the neighbor, I requested a different room. The lady at the front desk was incredible! She changed my room without question and put me on the top floor, which was nice and peaceful. The next morning, the same lady checked me out and recommended a coffee shop down the road for my long drive home. It, too, was great! 15/10 customer service. :) (The Coffee Shop was called RedRail, for those interested)"

"We booked a two night stay. The room was clean. Hotel was pretty quiet. Not much in options for breakfast. You can make a waffle or have some cold cereal if there's milk. There were a few muffins and some bread for toast. No yogurt the first morning but was the second morning. Also had some bananas. Worked for us. My only complaints were the elevator doors kept opening and closing (3times) before it would finally start going up to the rooms or down to the lobby and also the hotel shares a parking lot with Applebees next door which can impact parking. I got back later one night and had someone not left, I wouldn't have been able to park because people were parking and walking over to the restaurant. The hotel even has a sign in their lobby about the shared parking. I'd stay there again, especially for the cheaper price close to the Toyota Center."

"The Econo Lodge in Kennewick is a textbook definition of an average 3-star budget motel stay. While the property itself is very basic, the people working here elevate the experience. The Good: • Outstanding Staff: The customer service is easily the best part of the stay. The team is incredibly welcoming, helpful, and attentive to guest needs. • Great Price: The nightly rates are highly competitive if you just need an affordable place to crash. • Convenient Location: It is situated right on N Ely St, making it very close to plenty of dining and shopping options. The Not-So-Good: • No Breakfast: Keep in mind that breakfast is not provided at this location, so you will need to head out to one of the nearby fast-food spots or cafes in the morning. • Dated Accommodations: The rooms and property are quite old, and features like the micro-fridge and microwave are very basic. Overall, if you just want a functional room with friendly faces, it gets the job done. The fantastic staff makes up for the lack of frills, making it a reliable, average choice for a budget road stop."
