"The theirs bed (not requested) was awkwardly placed I kicked it nearly every time. The Beds and duvets were too short.. and too narrow… I needed two duvets to cover my body. I am 6’ not 7’! I did not like being charged a Service Charge after ordering food in the Green Bar This is not acceptable practice. No toilets in the Lobby atea is ridiculous. In my room the AC (which was noisy) stopped working cold after the second night"

"The hotel is in an excellent location to shops and Earl's Court station just minutes walk away. It is situated in a quiet square. We would stay here again. The room size was fine. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily, the lovely cleaning staff do an excellent job. One power socket in the room didn't work. Booking in was efficient but not very welcoming. Yes shower is small but water pressure and temperature fine. Overall happy for price paid and location"
