“The room was very neat and clean especially the washroom. Staff were so nice and respectful. Breakfast was good and the lady working there as well. Parking was lot of spot to park. It was all good! I will recommend park-hill and suite to my friends. Well done! Will come back for sure!”

The breakfast had a good selection of of items to choose from. it was disappointing the there was not enough check-in staff to handle the many guests checking in on a busy weekend. Also found that the enforcement of the "no noise between 11 pm and 7 am" was very lax. People were coming in and partying in the hallways. Front desk staff and security were slow to respond. “Staff was helpful. Club lounge was a little underwhelming but it was still worth it. Lots of snacks and drinks available ! Our favourite was the Chinese food at the casino. The soap and shampoo they provide in the rooms smell a bit weird so bring your own”

“Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean. King bed was nice and firm. Air conditioning worked well. In-room Jacuzzi for two (in addition to the full bath with an exhaust fan) was a plus. Fireplace was attractive and would be nice to use on a chilly evening. Continental breakfast was adequate. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The complimentary breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and well laid out. I would stay at this hotel in the future. As it is on Gasoline Alley, which I had not realized, I had a longer drive than desirable to get to my destination within Red Deer.”
