Great hotel unfortunately soundproofing is subpar, trying to sleep for an early flight and teens were making excessive noise in the corridor which comes straight into the room

Plenty of local food stores within walking distance from KIP CORE Sentral, which is a few km from KLIA. The unit we were in has clean tile floor, water filter with hot water, but its cold water wasn’t working. We didn’t see any instructions on how to operate the laundry machine as some of the settings we tried only wash but doesn’t dry the clothes.
The overhead protector smart tv? is a nice touch although some of the apps we tried needs needs one to login. The swimming pool is good size.
