“The condensation from the AC above Suite 101 drips into the intake for the AC for Suite 101. Room had a wet smell, caused an allergy flare up. After waking up for the third day feeling congested and annoyed by the constant but random ticking from outside I went outside the unit to verify what was causing the sound and could clearly see what I mentioned above.
