Blue Flamingo Resort Key West
The staff was super helpful and very friendly. The shuttle downtown was a huge plus. My complaints are extra hidden charges, broken elevator (only one working during peak time) and employees using same elevator, also gratuity included (which was never mentioned) so if you aren’t paying attention, ...

Aside from a couple front desk staff that were fairly snippy, almost like asking a question was a burden— everything else was great!

Beachside Resort & Residences
Shuttle times are extremely accurate. Beautfil place with friendly staff. Only wish checkout time was a bit later. Elevators were out our entire stay. We were on third floor. The staff did offer to help carry our luggage up.
