"Upon arrival into TPA, the shuttle bus was requested using a courtesy phone in the airport (as it was late). It arrived quickly and was easy to find.
The hotel check in was quick and efficient and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean, large and quiet, even though the hotel was so close to the airport and full of a travelling teenage football team! Upon checkout I was able to use the pool area (small but efficient) and they held my luggage for me.
The hotel exterior could do with an upgrade but for a convenient night near TPA this is an excellent choice"

"Definitely returning. Amazing hospitality from the moment you drive up. Food choices could be better at the poolside bar, while food at ocean hai was very yummy, just expensive. all very worth it. Walking distance to pier 60 and many boat tours. Private beach chairs are such a nice perk with reasonable, optional, upgrades. We had the best time. "
