"This a completely new hotel, Jacqueline checked us in, greeted us with a big smile, very attentive and friendly. PeRfect location across the street from Pier 60, rooms are very spacious and in room amenities are great, coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, safe. The pool is a lovely and you have a nice breeze from the marina. Love, rhis is my go to hotel when visiting Clearwater."

"A set of beach chairs and umbrella should be included in resort fee or reduce those prices by 50%. The daily valet parking requirement is absurd. We never used the car once we got to the resort and could have parked it ourselves. House keeping not consistent."

"My stay here was great. I have only one complaint. Our room was right over a huge fan which caused our allergies to trigger as soon as we open our patio door. It was terrible because I loved the view and couldn’t sit out to long without getting stuffy. But other than that we really enjoyed ourselves. So if you have allergies to dust don’t get room 426. "

"Nice location and walking distance to the Port of Tampa. Great restaurants and entertainment close by. The rooms were comfortable as well as the bed. They offered a wonderful buffet in the morning too "
