“good impressions kind and helpful services of staffs nice breakfast ”

“From the check in to the check out - everything was great, only wish was that we stayed longer. The hotel room and building was spotless, staff were AMAZING, decent TV, and a hotel that had a great shower that did not leak like most hotels. Breakfast was decent as well. This will be a hotel we stay at next time! Thanks,”

“The hospitality from the staff is the best I’ve had in 21 countries. Yuval at the front desk went above and beyond to resolve an issue for me. He even remembered my name during my entire stay. The staff are always there to help and I felt very safe and comfortable. The location is close to shops, beaches, places to eat, Yaffa, and Allenby light rail station. There’s Israeli wine available for guests and water and a custom nut and seed mix in the room. They also have self serve tea and coffee...

“Room is clean, parking is convenient, good location in the center of old Jaffa, easy access to local small shops and restaurants with lots of Israeli vibes. The staff is friendly especially Maia, she gave us lots of useful information and very knowledgeable about the local tourism.”

“A bit small room is the only cons.”

“Nice place and clean”

“I loved our Luxe stylish room and adorable marble bathroom, the super comfy beds like they were made in Heaven, great hospitality by the front desk (we love you Ms. Cecile!) and overall wonderful experience I would love to have again! Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to smile from beginning till end during their Iconic hotel stay :)”
