โFriendly staff. We only stayed one night. Standard 4 star, room was pleasant in small seems private owned hotel. Room was quite modern. Hotel on a side street near the old town area. Didn't stay here long enough to say much more. โ
โI only stayed here one night, but I was impressed by the kindness and hospitality of the staff. I paid for a late check out, but then I found out that I needed to leave by noon anyway, and the staff refunded me the extra money I had already paid for the late check out. They didnโt need to do that, but they did anyway. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Highly recommended.โ
โAn absolutely lovely place to stay. The owner, Lali, was generous, welcoming and friendly. The room was modern and clean, with an excellent bathroom and strong air conditioning. The breakfast was fresh and delicious and I was very grateful for the strong coffee and chilled fruit. I am in Telavi occasionally and will happily return here when I am.โ
โThis property is ofcourse not 3 stars hotel, the experience of sleeping on a smelly bedsheets was a disaster, if anything missing in the room we should go down and ask for because there was no phone in the room to call the room service or reception, in the first night there was plenty of insects in the room... I didn't have any other choice than just taking another hotel since there was no refund policy in the hotel even though the stay the first 2 days was a disaster and the last 2 days there...
โThe female staff on duty on our arrival kept us waiting at the reception for 7 hours not checked in. The lady was very very rude. When she finally gave us a room, she put us in a room with an open spoilt celling. When he complained and requested for a room change, she was very hesitant.โ
