"This property is ofcourse not 3 stars hotel, the experience of sleeping on a smelly bedsheets was a disaster, if anything missing in the room we should go down and ask for because there was no phone in the room to call the room service or reception, in the first night there was plenty of insects in the room... I didn't have any other choice than just taking another hotel since there was no refund policy in the hotel even though the stay the first 2 days was a disaster and the last 2 days there...

"Staff was very nice but this is NOT what I would expect from a five star hotel. Queen bed was a double, not very comfortable, no extra pillows, narrow rooms, forest view was a parking lot and despite paying a relatively high price for Georgia, breakfast was not included, and not very appetizing anyway. It was clean and well maintained but it was more a 3 star hotel than a 5 star hotel. "

"Staff is very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean. The breakfast Buffett was filling and had good varieties. The hotel is very close to the airport. There was no pool or sauna, but most of the staff were smiling and professional especially Nino, she is a charm."
