"This property is ofcourse not 3 stars hotel, the experience of sleeping on a smelly bedsheets was a disaster, if anything missing in the room we should go down and ask for because there was no phone in the room to call the room service or reception, in the first night there was plenty of insects in the room... I didn't have any other choice than just taking another hotel since there was no refund policy in the hotel even though the stay the first 2 days was a disaster and the last 2 days there...

"The hotel is beautiful. The property is lovely and the proximity next to Gino Paradise was wonderful for some serious waterslide and wave pool fun! The staff were friendly and helpful. "Met in car on arrival, shown where to park and room. Lovely hotel, wine tour was good, wine tasting was excellent and our expert was very good at describing the wines, brandy and cha cha. Cooking workshops were good fun and you are what you made! Food in restaurant was really nice. Breakfast was nice, but the weakest link of the whole stay. Not replenished and when you could find the server, brought Luke warm coffee. "
