"We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, the room had poor seals on all doors and windows and on a cold few days it was difficult to stay warm. The bath plug didn’t work and so we couldn’t have a bath, on top of which the hot water was not flowing and turned cold within 5 minutes When it’s cold here there’s nothing to do in the room as there is no tv. On top of which the spa is substandard. Breakfast was minimal but good. "

"We had a wonderful stay at Hanasa Pu Luong - it's a beautiful property in a great location for exploring the area on foot or bike. "Some hotels don't live up to the marketing hype or don't look like the pics. This resort hotel is not one of them. As beautiful as the pics look on the hotel ap, reality is even better. If that's possible. The view from our chalet was stunning. The management and team went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. There is a definite family vibe to this resort. The pool was devine after a day in the sun. Food was while not the strong point was still of a good quality. The only real negative was that a vehicle cannot access the hotel. So our bags were collected by a scooter while we had to walk the 80 metres from the main road to the hotel. If that is the price for having a room perched on a hillside overlooking the terraced rice fields, then I'll pay it. A fabulous stay. Highly recommended."
