"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Getting to the hotel was easy thanks to their complimentary shuttle service, which runs about every 30 minutes and doesn’t require a reservation. "Overall quality was good, it's in the countryside which comes with expected limitations (WiFi didn't always work and the water heater required some waiting time) and the price was on the cheaper side compared to the rest of the area. The room had some "cracks" in several places, during the harvest season this allowed some smoke to enter which was not ideal, while I didn't experience many problems with insects (one gecko and 2-3 spiders) this could be a potential problem for other guests. "We had a fantastic stay at the resort. The complimentary bikes made it easy and enjoyable to get around, and the atmosphere was incredibly quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. The staff were amazing throughout our stay—friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We were fortunate to experience a traditional dance performance at the resort, which was a real highlight, and seeing the fireflies in the evening made the experience even more memorable. The location was absolutely stunning and provided the perfect setting for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended."
