From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff made me feel genuinely welcomed. The Club Room itself was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable, with elegant décor and great views of the city. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and everything—from cleanliness to in-room amenities—was thoughtfully prepared. One of the highlights of the stay was access to the Club Lounge. The atmosphere there was perfect for both relaxing and informal meetings. The selection of breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening cocktails was impressive, with a good mix of local and international options. The staff in the lounge were especially courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and fitness center, were well-maintained and added to the overall experience. Its location is also very convenient, making it easy to get around Hanoi. Overall, my stay at Daewoo Hotel Hanoi was comfortable, relaxing, and memorable. "While it was indeed located near the airport, our room had an awful smell with dented furniture, moldy bathroom tiles, and a hard mattress. Luckily we came in late and left early for our flight, but this property should be avoided. "

"We stayed at Studio executives twin tower B. Our room was clean and spacious. Having washer and dryer was very nice. Grocery store they have is first class in Vietnam. The only thing I would suggest to improve in the room is hair dryer. Also breakfast was average. "
